The good news is that no matter who we are, where we have come from, or what we have done, we are all wonderfully created in God’s image and loved by Him. The sad news is that we have all turned away from God and told ourselves that we can live independently of Him; we reject him and so experience brokenness and pain in our relationship with ourselves, others, the world and with God Himself. But the best news is though we have turned our backs on God, He has not turned His back on us. He has not left us alone in our brokenness. Rather, He has come to us in the person of Jesus, and has made a way for every single one of us to be restored into a loving relationship with God, with ourselves, with others, not just today, but for all of eternity. There is no better news to share from the end of our toes to the ends of the earth!
